How does it work?
After signing up with Miles®, we provide you with an international shipping address in America. You'll use this allocated address at checkout as your delivery address. Once received at the address, our team will consolidate your purchases, and ship them to you in Zimbabwe. We handle all the customs and shipping. Once landed in Zimbabwe (it takes 5-14 business days), you can choose to either have us deliver to you or come collect your package. All this takes place with you being kept in the loop every step of the way!

What can I shop with Miles®?
From tech, fashion, beauty products to books, you can shop your heart away with Miles®. We do not ship firearms, drugs, and heavy duty items that would require sea freight.

Do I have to pay to sign up?
No, there is no sign-up fee, and no form of payment required at sign up. You only pay when shipping, ensuring you only pay for what you buy and services you select. Check our Pricing section above for more info.

How does your pricing work?
Our pricing incorporates a 15% of purchase price base shipping rate plus base charges for handling and delivery services, $10 each. You can pick additional services like consolidation and assisted shopping according to your particular needs. So for instance, if your order costs $100, your total would be 15% (shipping rate of $100) + $10 (handling fee) + $10 (delivery fee) which makes it $35.

When can I start using your service?
Immediately after completion of signup and email verification. Simply use your new Miles® USA address when checking out at any online retailer in USA and send your first package our way.
